Adam Zagoria reported yesterday that 2016 target Tyus Battle will return to Gil St. Bernard's for his sophomore year. There was previous rumblings that he might transfer.
Louisville picking up a commitment from combo guard Jaquan Lyle was good news for SU. Lyle marks the 2nd guard that has already committed to Louisville for the 2014 class and was currently the biggest competition SU faced for Whitehead. Now this clearly puts SU in the driver's seat, but he may still wait until the evaluation period is over next month to see if Kentucky offers that scholarship he desires.
